StealthEX

StealthEX is a swap front end that has run since 2018. There is no sign-up: you enter the pair and a payout address, send the deposit, and the service fills the trade on partner venues. Its about page lists Binance, KuCoin, Gate.io, Uniswap and PancakeSwap among them. It advertises 2,000+ coins and no maximum amount, only minimums that cover network fees.

Fees are variable and built into the rate. The terms say the fee is a percentage of the swap that depends on size, network conditions and liquidity, and can change without notice. Cryptowisser recorded a 1% floating-rate mark-up in January 2023; we have not seen a newer published figure.

Who runs it is harder to say. The terms of use name no company, give no registration number and set English law with London courts. Third-party directories variously place it in the Marshall Islands, Costa Rica, the Cayman Islands or St Vincent. None of these claims comes from StealthEX.

The coin count is real rather than rounded up: the site map in September 2026 had 2,088 coin pages, including obscure tokens such as Adventure Gold next to Pax Gold and Tether Gold. The one route that asks for ID up front is buying crypto with a card, which goes through fiat partners with their own KYC.

It is a working service with an eight-year record and we found no hack or loss of user funds. The most common complaint is swaps held for weeks or months under compliance review. One 2026 Trustpilot review describes a 30 BNB swap held for more than three months.

Watch the domain. stealthex.co is an unrelated copycat site that scam-checkers rate as risky; the real service is stealthex.io. Type the address yourself rather than following search ads.

Routine swaps need no ID. The published KYC/AML policy is written like a regulated firm's handbook and gives the service wide room to ask for more:

• Transactions over $32,000 receive enhanced scrutiny.
• Suspicious transactions are postponed and may be reported to authorities within two business days, without telling the customer.
• During a review, the coins are neither exchanged nor returned until it closes.
• Refunds happen only if the customer is not suspected of illegal activity and the swap is not marked high-risk; ID, a selfie and source-of-funds documents may be required.
• Identity documents are kept for at least five years.

Setting a refund address when you create the swap helps: several user reports of KYC demands came from failed swaps that had no refund address.
